The first common mistake you are making on Youtube is not having a strategy and making a simple choice on what you want to do on your Youtube Channel.

Do you want to do Youtube Gaming? Beauty? Vlogs? Tutorials? Education? The goal is to figure out which of these things you are the best at doing on your Youtube channel and make that choice because you cannot do everything under the sun.

Strategy and Plans are not the same thing. Simply saying you plan to upload a vlog every single day or a DIY video every week, what inside those categories do you choose to do? What are you amazing at?

Business Strategies are the same thing. You need to choose which market you want to reach with your business before you even begin to sell your products to them.
