Aoa! MY name Is Ehsan and welcome to Biology with Ehsan

In this lecture we discussed the mechanism of enzyme action especially models of enzyme action.
An enzyme reacts with substrate and forms enzyme substrate complex which turns to be enzyme product complex. In last an enzyme becmes free and product is released.
Lock and key model explains the rigid and definite structure of active site and says that s specific substrate can bind to specific enzyme which turns to be absolute specificity of enzymes.
