After a brief introduction to the A-10, this mission will instruct the player on the navigation elements of the A-10's HUD include the tadpole, heading bug, and navigation block. The mission will explain the basic "steam gauges" and how all of these elements are use to navigate the aircraft via waypoints. The player will also learn the importance of accurate navigation and the tutorial concludes with an Instrument Landing System (ILS) approach and landing in visual conditions.
