LOCKED IN THE BASEMENT | Bear With Me Playthrough - Part 10
3Hey everybody! Welcome back to my Bear With Me playthrough, we have all the ingredients to make a banana split and top if off with some nuts that somehow make the guard sleepy. Once he is out we finally have access to Kings office. King is even more menacing in person but Ted isn't scared. After a lengthy conversation it becomes clear that he doesn't plan on letting us leave and Ted pulls his gun. Even through I want to I decide against pulling the trigger for the sake of Amber but that results in her getting taken away and Ted being locked in the basement. With some quick thinking I manage to blow the end off the boiler knocking down the door keeping me in here. In the next room is a sentient machine that refuses to help me but Ted is able to trick it into playing a trivia game and asks it questions relating to things we need to know. By the end of the game we have some pretty solid evidence against King and the mayor we just have to get out of here first!
Haunted by nightmares, Amber wakes up in the middle of the night only to find out that her brother Flint is missing. She seeks help from her buddy, Ted E. Bear, a retired, grumpy old detective. The dynamic duo sets out to hunt for clues and interrogate witnesses and suspects, unaware of the tragedies that recently started happening to residents of Paper City. The plot thickens as a mysterious "Red Man" has been seen starting fires around town and looking for little miss Amber.
