MODI IS BACK | God Of War Playthrough - Part 23
Hey everybody! Welcome back to my God Of War playthrough, it is time to keep heading up the mountain and along the way also find treasures that I couldn't get before. Along the way Atreus is really getting on my nerves with how cocky he is getting now that he knows he is a god. Everything that comes at us he remarks on with over confidence. Once we get up a little ways we get a surprise when entering the mountain. Modi is back and he has been beaten to a pulp by Thor. Kratos sees he is no threat and says he is already beaten but Atreus doesn't listen and puts a knife in Modi's neck. Kratos is furious with his defiance and they start to become distant again. This doesn't help Atreus' poor attitude as he stops listening to Kratos all together and won't even fire arrows in combat when I tell him to anymore. When we get back to the chamber that we raised up and out of earlier in the game I find a sealed door with another Valkyrie inside but this one proves to be too much of a challenge for me so I abandon the fight for now. We get on the new elevator and start rising up and have a short scene with Atreus asking Kratos about his past but he does not answer and Atreus' attitude grows even more. I am getting sick of this kid! We get to the top and I explore around a little bit and then we run into Sindri who is still very sour with Atreus. One thing is for sure I hope something teaches Atreus a lesson because I cannot put up with this any longer!
His vengeance against the gods of Olympus far behind him, Kratos now lives as a man in the lands of Norse Gods and monsters. It is in this harsh, unforgiving world that he must fight to survive… and teach his son to do the same. As mentor and protector to a son determined to earn his respect, Kratos is faced with an unexpected opportunity to master the rage that has long defined him. Questioning the dark lineage he’s passed on to his son, he hopes to make amends for the shortcomings of his past. Set within the untamed forests, mountains, and realms of Norse lore, God of War features a distinctly new setting with its own pantheon of creatures, monsters, and gods.
