New Strats:
The first difference is that I jump down the elevator shaft - skipping two flights of stairs. This saves a second or two and you take a bit damage; however, it doesn't matter because there's a health kit to top you off that would otherwise not be used.

The next difference is that I fill all the slots at the same time by holding the fuse perpendicular to the slots and throwing it in - as the fuse is long enough to hit all the triggers. This saves something like 8 seconds.
After that, rather than doing the water-puzzle, you can just barely get through it and survive - so i do that instead saving an additional 8 seconds.


Rather than grabbing the pallet to use for prop-climbing, I skip it. While it is a timesave, it's just too difficult to move well with and too risky while I still have significant timesaves in other areas.
In the compactor section, i ride a barnacle up to the top rather than going on the intended route. This saves around 40 seconds.
