1.) a Nintendo Switch.

2.) 3 Port USB-C;

a.) USB-C for Charging and sync.
b.) USB-A for sync.
c.) HDMI Port.

3.) Monitor or TV.

4.) HDMI Splitter.

5.) Cheap HDMI to USB Video Capture Device.

6.) 3 HDMI Cables.
1 from Console to HDMI Splitter (Input).
1 from HDMI Splitter (Output) to TV.
1 From HDMI Splitter (Output) to USB Video Capture.

7.) Android Smartphone with the app USB Camera.

It's not perfect because there are some Frameskipping going on because my Phone Redmi Note 8 is not that strong to keep up with the stream.
