This is the Thirdiefist entry of my Long Play series. Today we are playing "Dishonored". This will be the "Low Chaos" run, to get that ending and see how the world reacts. in the future, we will upload a "High Chaos" run. I have played the Dishonored games before, so i took a hard pass on this one, my homie and eldest son Dom stepped up to capture this game play. special thanks to him for getting all the great footage and performing the recap segment!
The idea of a long play is, to capture the raw game play experience, with little to no added commentary, effects, jokes, memes, jump cuts, edits or otherwise molest the original game play recording. i believe a long play should not be a review, tutorial, or anything else to effect the experience of the actual game play (that would be the purpose of my "Let's Try Out" or a "let's play" video series). i think mostly this sort of video formula is employed when playing single player only games where story and experience is largely structured, linear, non open world, and non-emergent gameplay.
