This is the longplay of the game Super Mario 64, action game and platform released in 1996 for the Nintendo 64, being the first game on this console and the first with Super Mario in 3D.

The player once again controls the hero Mario, seeking to rescue Princess Peach who was kidnapped by Bowser.

Produced by Shigeru Miyamoto, Super Mario 64 was conceived during and after the production of Super Nintendo's Star Fox. The song was composed by the also veteran of the series Koji Kondo. Along with Pilotwings 64, it was one of the console's launch games and enjoyed widespread acclaim, ever since considered one of the best and most influential of all time.

The game's plot begins when Mario receives a letter from Princess Peach inviting him to her castle to eat a cake she made. But upon arriving, our hero discovers that Bowser invaded the castle and once again imprisoned the princess and her servants, using the 120 Stars of Power.

Several of the castle's paintings are portals to other worlds, in which Bowser's servants watch the stars. Mario proceeds to explore each world to recover the stars and find the princess. The player collects the stars for each course; some appear after completing certain tasks, which include defeating a boss, solving puzzles, competing with an opponent and collecting coins. As more stars are collected, new areas become accessible. The player accesses castle doors with keys obtained by defeating Bowser on specific courses. There are hidden mini courses and many other secrets, most containing additional stars, necessary for the complete completion of the game.

He gains access to more portals as he recovers the Power Stars and finally crosses three obstacle courses, each leading to a battle against Bowser.

In the adventure, Mario has several movements: jumps of various types, punches and kicks, in addition to being able to jump on enemies. Our hero will also feature other hats to give you new skills: Wing Cap (which enables Mario to fly), the Metal Cap (which enables Mario to walk underwater and through fire and gas), and the Vanish Cap (which enables Mario to walk through certain walls).

The game ushered in standards for the production of 3D games, such as camera systems and the use of analog control, being often cited by developers as an important influence.

Super Mario 64 was a game from the launch of the Nintendo 64, being highly acclaimed, having been revolutionary for being in 3D and giving relative freedom for the player to complete the tasks. Super Mario 64 was a major contributor to the initial success of the Nintendo 64. The game set several standards for 3D platform game developers.
Without a doubt, it is an essential game. The video was made collecting all 120 stars.
Hope you like it.
