Kubuntu 20.10, Groovy Gorilla is an interim release which comes with KDE Plasma 5.19.5 desktop and Linux Kernel 5.8.
Unfortunately, this release missed out on the latest Plasma 5.20 desktop, although it will likely be available from the backports repository.

Very little new in Kubuntu 20.10.
