In this game you control 3 characters at the same time who all use different buttons on your controller or keyboard... if that doesn't sound maddening enough.... you have to guide them through incredibly dangerous obstacles where death comes at every door.
+ Extremely challening, but very rewarding when you make some progress
+ Each level is very different and sometimes game changing
+ It's very interesting to control 3 characters at the same time with 3 different layouts on the same controller, it works well but it's very hard to wrap your mind around it at first.
+ The art style, while looking a bit crudely drawn in some areas has a charm to it
+ There's some comedic value when you accidentally get youself killed (which you will do A LOT) especially when you panic or press a wrong button ("Oops accidentally cut my friend in half with a sword, pressed the wrong button!")
- Frustratingly difficult and very time consuming to progress anywhere in this game
- Sometimes it's a bit overwhelming to control multiple characters while other chaos is happening threating to ruin your run at any moment.
~ The game would be easier if i had multiple people over playing locally as you can play with multiple controllers.
