Lost Words Beyond the Page - Part 1
0Hey everyone and welcome to a new series of Lost Words Beyond the Page. This game is an adventure game base on a young girls writing a story, it might be emotional for some views.
We start of with the main character writing in our journal named Isabelle. We Isabelle has been given this journal from her gran. Isabelle tells us about her life and family as we move through the pages. We learn that Isabelle have many important people around her but she has a special relationship with her Gran.
Whilst walking through the journal we are able to use words to complete so actions or to allow our character to jump and reach new places. Isabelle tells us she has always wanted to be a writer. Isabelle get started planning the story ahead inspired by her gran. Isabelle's story takes place in the world of Estoria, at this point we pick the name Robyn for our story character who had a purple dress. We also learn of another character named Elder Ava who is the village guardian. At this point the game play changed and we now control Robyn. The world around us is very beautiful and ready for us to explore. when we meet Robyn a firefly has approached he, so Robyn head to tell Elder Ava all about it.
Whilst on our way home we learn how to control Robyn as she tells us about the village nearby. We soon around at this village positioned in the trees. Once we reach Elder Ava she gives us a book that allows us to use word magic. Some words stay with us but some will leave. Elder Ava then gives us the title of village guardian. We are told to head to the firefly shrine, once we arrive we use our word magic and the Fireflies accept Robyn as the new guardian.
