LTN in Vanilla - Part 2 - Provider and Requester station support
4Adds support for separate requester and provider stations.
Provider stations output a pulse with "1" of whatever they're providing, requester stations output a pulse with "65536" (2^16) of whatever they're requesting. Similarly, empty trains going to pick something up have "1" of the item in question as their metadata, and full trains carrying something have 65536 of the item as metadata.
This part also added a stretched out version of the track to ensure trains can maintain full speed while traveling through the intersection.
