"Though the waters' great guardian shall arise to quell the fighting, alone its song will fail, thus the Earth shall turn to"
FLASH OF DESTRUCTION!!

This week's Pokémon TCG Live Online Match shall be featuring Lugia BREAK, the fourth BREAK Evolution from the Fates Collide expansion. For four Colorless Energy, it assaults the opposition with its Flash of Destruction, dealing 150 damage at the cost of discarding 2 Energy from itself. The Basic Lugia (also from Fates Collide) is pretty powerful as well, dealing 60 damage with its Intensifying Burn attack, which does an additional 60 damage if the target is a Pokémon-EX, while its Pressure Ability reduces all incoming damage from the enemy by 20 (even to your Benched Pokémon). Since losing Energy from an attack like Flash of Destruction is always a detriment, we'll be combining Lugia BREAK with the Energy recycling of Phantom Forces' Bronzong, whose Metal Links Ability allows you to attach a Metal Energy from your discard pile to a Benched Pokémon. If we can keep a pair of Lugia BREAK cycling back and forth from the Active spot to the Bench, Bronzong can replenish the exhausted Lugia BREAK's Energy as the other attacks, repeating the process until we emergy victorious!
