It's actually a nice change of pace that I get to see what my opponents are doing while I was busy plunking away plunging puzzle pieces on the other side of the field. I might be hard-pressed to pay attention to the peripheral details while action-puzzle action is underway, but things like this give me the chance to choose WHICH action to focus on. Since I'm still trying to learn a thing or two, as the CPU levels rise, I come into contact with players more and more likely to be able to teach me a thing or two. (In theory, anyway. You can't exactly "teach" pattern recognition, just acquire it through experience...)

Skin 03: Please Return My CD

As amusing as I find the name for this skin... I do not like it. I dread having to play this stage in Vs. CPU, and it's nearly always within my grasp, since I can't say as I lose at all any more on Japanese Form or Auto Mobile Industry. I hate the lack of contrast between the white panel pieces and the empty background. It's the source of much uncertainty and many a misplaced piece in the midst of a manic situation.

That said, the concept is still rather interesting, and the polygonal face of our opponent is fairly interesting. He must be very mad at the player for not returning his CD if it causes him to fire laser beams from his eyes.

"What's a CD? Is it related to a DVD or an mp3?" (Maybe he wants us to return his UMD.) At least he asks nicely, even if the optic blasts don't seem quite so friendly.
