Lunar New Year - Bunnie Rabbot WIP Part XII - Additional Rabbit Parts Added
Taking inspiration from playing Forged in Iron Torch after getting it off Steam for the Lunar New Year/Chinese New Year Sale and running around with an Edge of Tomorrow bunny rabbit protagonist here on my personal character work I am continuing to work out a smooth pipeline for the creation of furball anthro organic humanoid character using CC4 iClone as the primary base body model and motion source.
In this video I am showing the latest results from creating some separate toe asset, literally UVed directly from pre existing textures on the body just to slap them on over the human toes in a very hack way to see if it helps improver her "Bunny" look. A hard constraint was in place of not being able to edit the human mesh if I wanted to retain all the facial blends without having to redo them from scratch. As a consequence I could not giver her custom feet or hand digits. But I could have pre skinned extra overlay meshes at the time of Frankensteining her mesh inside of CC4. Rather than go all the way back to CC4 I have just stuff this one single toe asset 6 times and socketed them to 3 key human toe bones to make sure they articulate reasonably with the pre existing rigged structures. Asking on Game Jolt if I should keep or toss these toe add ons. Comment below how you feel about them too.
