Continuing work in progress on refining how I use CC4 to bring my Sonic fan art characters to life here is the next phase of the Chinese New Years challenge project. In this session I am continuing work on the hand and arm panels.

Warning this is not by any means a walkthrough or guide. Lots of mistakes were made and Im sure not the best solutions were used but the goal for today was just to get it working and look reasonably ok.
