M-Zero Garand Playtesting - Malice² (Malice and Project Malice)
9A not-so-brief introduction to the Nishimura Seven Battle Rifle's canonical precursor, the one-off M-Zero Garand rifle - now with 30% more PINGS! It basically trades increased damage for decreased rate-of-fire, but apart from that...well, it's just fun. I also have the chance to showcase the Malice weapon set with another mod - Project Malice, an unrelated monsters-only mod intended to pair well with Embers of Armageddon. That said, I feel like it works fairly well with my weapons mod; it's a great deal more challenging than the stock Doom bestiary, though some of those Imp variants can be...frustrating.
At any rate, here's a link to the current version of Malice, which includes this relatively rare weapon (it has a 1-in-256 chance to spawn instead of an N7 Battle Rifle):
