This game plays really, really well, and has amazing sound effects through the PC speaker. The sampled music, voice and varied backgrounds all fit in an amazing 186kb of data, making this game a marvel on a technical level.

The voluptious lady on the cover is supposedly your ravishing companion, Gwendolyn, and you have to go fight an evil sorcerer from a red planet to save her from a terrible wasting disease.
