Obliterator - 1989 - MS-DOS Game Review
This game was released for IBM Personal Computers and compatibles running MS-DOS.
This title plays really well! Sounds are passable for the era, and it actually uses the Sound Blaster for sound output, but there does not appear to be any music with the game.
The game depth is surprisingly good, and the manual that came with it is also a really nice touch. It is such a pity that games these days do not come with a manual anymore. I loved reading the back story to the game!
The controls are quite difficult, and takes a while to master. Once you have learned them, they do feel quite responsive.
