First of all I apologize for the lack of sound effects at the finale. The game had some sound issues that I didn't realize since I played with the sound off.
This is a very anticipated game, and I can understand why, given its history.
I did enjoy it. It's well written, the combat flow is fun... until it's not...
My biggest gripe was the moment you set foot at the zombie and mining areas - ammo becomes scarce, and you end up resorting to smack countless enemies with melee weapons without end in sight.
The whole ammo thing should've been addressed the same way the first and final areas kept giving you just enough resources to get by if used wisely, but this famine of ammunition just made me wish those segments would end already, instead of appreciating what otherwise is a fun action packed game.
As for the bosses - I did in good faith try to hitless everything, but whenever there were too many adds and other factors like long fights or 5 minutes walks per attempt.. I decided that I'll settle for not losing HP while I'm in control will be enough.
Besides, if you ask me, these bosses were designed to facetank with moderation, so hitless is definitely a tall order for some of the fights.
Overall a good game that could use a bit of overhaul at the parts I mentioned. But hey, maybe it's just me.
