I have a lot of weaknesses as a runner and this stage has two of them. I guess three if you count the Mets. But the main ones in this stage are the darkness gimmick and the other is the DWR Super Cutters. Darkness gimmicks are always painful for me because I like being able to see. That said, I don't think there's any darkness portions that are as bad as the ones in Seahorse City. The ones in this stage are relatively simple and you can get through by spamming a lot of Homing Sniper. Hot Heads and their 10 HP take 5 Homing Sniper shots. Way too much, if you ask me, but it's the best solution. Rain Flush takes 3 hits to kill, but those hits are too spaced out so it doesn't kill them efficiently enough.

DWR Super Cutters are in this game. I don't like them very much. Completely invincible and will block your jumps unless you wait. There's no other way around them other than to hold your horses for a bit. I hate having to do that, but I can't think of anything else. If only Top Spin were in this game. It would know what to do.

There's a double boss in this stage too. My personal opinion that double bosses were a mistake still stands, but this one isn't too bad. Both Bomb Man and Toad Man's AIs are easy to manipulate. But if you wanna go fast, I suggest taking care of Bomb Man first because he's weak to Flame Mixer which Toad Man takes a bit of extra damage from. After that, just hope Bomb Man's stays put close to Toad Man.

This run beats the previous normal record, MystSvin's 2:02. For improvements, I know the double boss fight can be faster. Bomb Man just didn't stay put. Also, I fumbled the Weapon Wheel during that fight. It went back to buster for some reason.
