This stage isn't difficult, but it is annoying to get down. Pretty much all the enemies in this stage seem to be able to snipe you from out of nowhere for some reason. The Picket Mans and Cannon Joes seem to be particularly good at this. But once you figure out how to work around them, that is to say, just Blast Wind past all of them, the stage isn't too bad.

There's an Elec Beam in there that gives me great anxiety whenever I get to it. You're forced to wait for it to go away and I do it on top of a mine. Because their detonation time is random, it can just explode on you while you're waiting for the stupid Elec Beam to go away. I get it. You're supposed to wait on the Cossack 3 Platform. But that'd take a lot more thinking power if I wanna get past it as fast as possible.

This run beats the previous normal record, MystSvin's 2:06. I can't really think of anything I'd do differently. But I'm sure my usage of the utilities and Beat Rescue are kinda suboptimal.
