Everything in this stage dies in one hit to Flame Mixer or Homing Sniper except for the midbosses and Toad Man. So this is a pretty safe stage. You can just slap on Flame Mixer or lead some Homing Sniper shots and they'll take care of all the work for you. There's only really one spot in the stage that you have to worry about and that's the room right after the second checkpoint. If you immediately slide through, even with Flame Mixer on, a Dockalocker will spawn right on top of you and knock you back down to the checkpoint room. So you need to walk through those first few Dockalockers. I guess the final stretch can be a little hard too. There's a whole column of Dockalockers and one of the Concrete Man Platforms can just shove you into them. Best be careful there.

Now the Toad Man fight can actually be a little hard. You need Toad Man to not jump very much because it can get really claustrophobic with the Venus Waterfalls. Thus, my strat is to get him to jump all the way to the far left part of the screen, dump Search Snakes on him and hope he doesn't move too early. If he does, make sure he'll only occupy a tiny bit of the safe land. Best case scenario is that he doesn't move at all and just sits there and eats snakes.

This run beats the previous no damage and normal records, both of which were Silent_Haxorus's 2:53. That was also his perfect run. For improvements, I made one big movement error and that was jumping off the last Concrete Man Platform during the second darkness part. You should slide off of it instead. Also, the Toad Man fight could have better RNG. Best RNG would be that he just sits there and you can easily dump Search Snakes on him.
