I'd like to apologize for the lag in some of the rooms in this stage. I think it's probably caused by the large amounts of Crash Man Platforms. It makes the stage even more of a slog and the music even worse.

Yeah, not a fan of this stage. It's just super annoying to run. Most of it, you're either slamming yourself into every other spike or you're Rush Jetting over everything. Thus, a speedrun of this stage isn't exactly too skillful, but more about how many E Tanks and M Tanks you have and also hoping that the Tomahawk Man Platforms don't screw you over.

I don't really have much else to say. I think the run speaks for itself. I guess the Plant Man fight is pretty annoying. You can only really manage to get one or two hits per cycle due to the way the stage is laid out.

This run beats the previous normal record, megabanana's 3:25.669, an improvement of 316 frames (or 5.266 seconds). For improvements, uhhhhh there's probably something. Better Plant Man fight maybe? I dunno. This stage really shut my brain off.
