I'd like to apologize for the lag in that one room. I have no idea what causes it. Probably the Yoku Spikes? Maybe there's just too many of them? I have no idea. In any case, something in that room causes my game to lag and the music to sound awful.

Well, this stage is a real Flame Mixer siesta. Slap on Flame Mixer and start moving. I guess there is the Yoku Block section which you can easily skip with Rush Jet. It's faster to skip it too. And I guess there's Bee Blader, a miniboss from Mega Man and Bass: Challenger from the Future (or Rockman & Forte: Mirai kara no Chosensha if you're fancy). It's easily dispatched by going behind it and spamming Concrete Shot at its butt. The idea is that if you destroy the rings it shoots out, it'll hop over to another spot and shoot some more rings. But since it's placed at the center of the room here, you can just get behind it and the rings will never reach you so long as your mashing is okay.

The hardest part is probably the part where I back boost off the Sniper Joe. Strangely enough, thanks to the lag, doing the back boost isn't too bad. I can't think of any other way to get past the Joe in as much time though. Maybe Rush Jet? But I dunno about that.

This run beats the previous normal record, MystSvin's 1:15.019, an improvement of 316 frames (or 5.266 seconds). Pretty good, I'd say for such a short stage. I also can't think of any place I'd be able to shave time. The only thing I can think of is even tighter movement.
