Magic Carpet Game Review (PS1)

An open world with very impressive graphics for the time. Sounds good, right? Well, those parts ARE good, unfortunately, the gameplay isn't as impressive. The poor flight and aiming controls in this game would make a helicopter pilot jump out of bed in the middle of the night in a cold sweat. This game's main attractions are novelties, its core is completely empty. It doesn't deserve to be called an "Awful Playstation Game," just because of how well it pulls off its visuals. Make no mistake though, if the graphics weren't this good, the game would be fully and completely unplayable.

Why listen to me over bigger magic Arabs like IGN, Gamespot, Gamespy, Giant Bomb, Destructoid, or GameTrailers? Well, I don't just review games from the eyes of a technical, professional Ali Baba. I also review games from the perspective of an actual Ahmadinejad.
