The game as developed by RAD, was finalized last year which features additional stages and contents. It is said to be an unofficial tribute to Magic of Stella Star Shooter that RAD took an opportunity to develop it as Adobe Flash would be ending support which already happened a few days ago.

Recording note: Apparently, some patch from Windows Update changed the way you record the entire screen through Display Capture on OBS and since the game uses NW.js, it's not an easy feat screen capturiing it using OBS.
