Golden Axed: The Cancelled Prototype
0A prototype that was cancelled 8 years ago and it has large graphical potential with the game atmosphere that makes you think that you're playing some AAA third-person action game. The controls are what you should get used to although the quality isn't the best as stated in the game's disclaimer.
Unfortunately, it looks like the magic attack and block ability were not implemented before the prototype was cancelled.
Note: I might have played the original Golden Axe on Megadrive via emulator before but the summarized past story was that, I had an artless computer game compilation disc containing tons of games on it and somehow, it contained the Megadrive emulator along with the rom of Golden Axe. How did something like that get imported like it's beyond me? Plus, that was during my pre-adult time and I didn't buy it myself or something. Not to mention that I had no complete idea on where it was bought from. The original game was quite difficult even with some of the tricks mastered. Be careful with how you do the dash attack as there's an opening for the enemies if done incorrectly. The compilation disc didn't have box cover and label whatsoever.
