HEWWO DDR's (Dedicated Description Readers)!
Oh mah gooness, I am so tired! XD Gotta get up early too so I'm trying to be a responsible little gryphon and go to sleep, but it's not working because my eylids hate me...
So something crazy happened today! I went flying early in the morning (because the afternoons have been way too windy) and after buzzing around for about half an hour, I noticed a cop car stopped in the middle of a back road near where I was flying...

It honestly would have been pretty easy to avoid him if I stayed low and landed in an isolated field for a while, but I decided it would be better to land nearby and see what he wanted.
I touched down in the dirt off the side of the road and after about a minute, three squad cars showed up!
They got out and the lead guy was all "Hands where I can see them! Take off your jacket! Lift up your shirt! Turn around! Do you have a weapon?"
This annoyed me because I always fly well within the law and FAA regulation, but it's not the first time some ultra-sensitive superstitious citizen has called the cops on me... After a brief interrogation however, I was informed that this time it was actually the boarder patroll that called! Apparently there's a known drug dropping spot around where I was flying and they thought I was flying stuff over the boarder!
Once they saw taht I was a US Citizen and a veteran they were a lot less concerned and one of them was really curious about my machine! He said "Have fun, man! I don't know that I could ever do that."
I wanted to say, "It's fun while you're up there, but sometimes the cops show up when you land". :-P
