This is part of TRF "CGT Gachi Tori Battle" events , this time we have Niigata prefecture [ 新潟県民 ] vd Kaede [ 楓 ]. I'm assuming that Kaede is a place and not a person That or Niigata prefecture is actually someone's nick. Originally uploaded by 新潟県民

The "battle" events in TRF are pretty unique. Basically the take players and pit them all in different games, there are times that not only everyone plays a different game, but that for each round of the tournament a different game is played; thus only being good at a single game is not enough to make it far into the event. I won't upload all parts since not every game featured has to do with the NeoGeo.
