It’s a drama series based on the memoir Maid: Hard Work, Low Pay, and a Mother’s Will to Survive by Stephanie Land. It was created by Molly Smith Metzler and stars Margaret Qualley, A Teacher‘s Nick Robinson, Tracy Vilar, Twilight‘s Billy Burke, Andie MacDowell, and Anika Noni Rose. It was nice to see real-life mother and daughter (Andie and Margaret) play mother and daughter on screen.
