Making a giant glow stick from scratch

About a year ago I bought a powder from Russia called CPPO, which is a chemical that's commonly used to make glow sticks. I've decided to finally use it, to make some giant, glow stick thing. Besides the CPPO, we'll also need sodium acetate, ethyl acetate, some dye, and hydrogen peroxide.
