In this video I describe my process of making a Lofi beat using only sound effects and songs from the game Rust. I used some vintage sampling hardware and like... 26 floppy disks to make this one. Yea, FLOPPY disks. The only reason I'm still producing music on these older machines is because they create insanely good lofi tones that just can't be replicated on modern software. Rust is one of my favorite, and most hated games all wrapped in one frustrating ass package. I'm sure any of you who play the game can 100% relate. Love it or hate it though, I figured Rust would make a great candidate for one of these videos I've been making.
