螺螄粉 (luosifen) is a Chinese noodle soup where the soup base is made with river snails. This particular package also contains wood ear mushrooms, pickled cabbage, other pickled vegetables, chili oil, and fried peanuts.

I've never had any form of luosifen before, but my girlfriend introduced me to it and we tried it together. Some say luosifen gives off a very strong odor due to the pickled cabbage, but for me at least, it wasn't bad at all. It definitely would've been better if we hadn't overcooked the noodles...
