Takashi Omoto / https://twitter.com/takashioomoto sent TeamEurope some ROMs to look at, several appeared to be dead, but they got a dump from this one. It appears to be related to the NJ Pocket 60-in-1 (which isn't yet dumped) but contains some different games. Emulation still has issues on some games, so this will remain flagged as NOT WORKING for now, much as the Toy Story 3 unit is. The games that Lexibook had adapted for Toy Story 3 can be found in their unmodified form here.

This doesn't actually contain 101 games as there are a number of dupes / alts which just change the starting level, but there are a fair number not seen in other units so far, or with controls adapted for a handheld.

Of interest this attempts to jump to internal ROM area on startup, but bypassing that jump allows the unit to boot anyway, maybe it was meant to display a splash screen before the menu?
