This is one of the original games for the 'Magnet System' an arcade exclusive shmup known as War Mission. The game uses a custom format Floppy Disk.

It's kinda terrible with a giant collision box, limited screen space to move, some powerups that hinder you more than they help due to the limited number of bullets you can fire at once, enemy bullets that appear out of nowhere to snipe you and enemy attacks that are basically impossible to avoid if you don't know they're coming. It also seems to glitch occasionally.

These all seem to be 'features' of the original game, as the part of the disk containing the game data read consistently.

Emulation might be missing some layer enables for the title screen.
