NOTE - TURN DOWN / OFF SOUND
I've been playing around with hooking up the Hyper Neogeo 64 IO MCU that was dumped a while back. This allowed for the racing games to register coins. I had hoped it would fix the gameplay on these racing games, but alone it didn't, however I found that by faking a return value from the network CPU they became 'playable'.

They're still a mess, a giant mess, but they're now a mess you can at least coin up and play a little.
