Ironing out some edge cases with how the DSP56156's accumulator registers are handled in full 40-bit mode - primarily pertaining to truncating the lower 16 bits and saturating the high 24 bits when above/below the limits of a signed 16-bit value - the warped polygons and massive holes in the world geometry went away.

It was at this point that I started trying to work out the issues with coloring and sorting.
