17Today in Bannerlord, we finally try to complete the Dragon Banner. With the Dragon Banner, you can either give it to a faction or start your own kingdom. To assemble the Dragon Banner, we need to talk to Istiana and Arzagos to learn where these banner pieces are hidden. After talking to Istiana and Arzagos, we learn that the banner pieces are located in hideouts.
