You start as a baby shark who must survive in the harsh world while devouring everything in the ecosystem. To do so, you will explore a varied open world, encountering various enemies — both humans and wild animals. Find the right resources to grow and evolve far beyond what nature intended, allowing you to adapt the shark to your playstyle. This is a good thing, because to get revenge on the cruel fisherman who mutilated you, you will have to evolve until you become a massive shark, a legendary apex predator. Eat. Explore. Evolve.
Fully Evolved for Xbox Series X – The next evolution of Maneater has arrived, taking advantage of the full power of Xbox Series X, including native 4K HDR support at a smooth 60 FPS, new lighting effects, and more! Full support for Smart Delivery will ensure that Maneater will evolve with your console. Ray tracing (recently announced) will be available in a post-launch update.
