Today I give a little view inside my custom built man shed which serves dual purpose as a gym and an office. I've got a full set of gym equipment on here, including a Precor S3.25, 90lbs Bowflex dumbbells, Aridyne, and NordicTrack cross trainer.
The work station set up sports a cheap 4K Samsung TV as monitor, Dell OptiPlex 5060 from eBay, and a Focusrite sound board with mic.
It's well heated with a 1990;s era Whitfield Advantage II-T pellet stove, which is designed for much more than this 196 square feet shed. The shed is fully insulated with R13 and R19 bats and can easily maintain 70F inside while being -25F outside.
The shed is 12' x 16', raised floor, custom built by my Dad and I. The rough costs were $7000 for the shed, including the french doors and $800 for the surround decks, front and side deck.
