My first year trying out maple sap collection and syrup production "Sugaring" here in the finger lakes. I am trying out a few different collection techniques - here's the first one - bag on PVC pipe! Also a bit about refractometers and how they help/work!

Had to re-upload - the HDR settings were off and it was wayyyy washed out!! corrected!!
