Former South Carolina five-star talented RB Marcus Lattimore has decided to retire from the NFL after ACL and MCL tears in both his knees during his playing time in 2011 and 2012. Littimore is 23 years old and was an unbelievably strong RB for South Carolina under Steve Spurrier, a team that also had Alshon Jeffery playing WR.

“I have given every ounce of my energy toward making a full recovery from my knee injury, and I have made a lot of progress,” Lattimore said. “Unfortunately, getting my knee fully back to the level the NFL demands has proven to be insurmountable.”
