MARDEK is a retro-inspired RPG set in a lore-heavy world that blends together fantasy and sci-fi. Its initially lighthearted story soon evolves into a deeper exploration of moral ambiguity, told through a whole lot of dialogue both thought-provoking and ridiculously silly.

I am playing the Nineveh Mod, a fan-made mod that retools the game, adding new skills and equipment, tweaking enemies and generally sprucing up a lot of graphical elements.

Some nasty surprises in this one, special mention to the rematch with the Fallen High Priest and the fight with the Rogue Fairy/Pixie duo. Most battles should be brute forced ASAP, something Galaxy Burst does quite well.

I built my team to last for this one, so the biggest threat were statuses, which thankfully there weren't too many of. I definitely recommend bringing an assortment of the Goznor Secret Shop items for this Arena, they come in extremely handy.

I was hoping the final boss wouldn't be a carbon copy of the Red Dragon from the last video. Oh well, now I get to bully it some more. That's fun.
