Mario Forever Text-Com Walkthroughs - Mario Forever: World Z
4Somewhat of a revival of Daniel's Game Vault.
So I tried this MF fangame called World Z, heavily regarded as one of the worst Mario Forever fangames to ever be created, and there is no reason why that isn't true. I tried version 3.0, which fixes all of the bugs that Z-3 had, which is the only redeeming factor aside from continues, the bunch of extra lives and extra levels, but it actually feels even worse to play than ever with an invincible bastard and a projectile that kills you instantly, which cost me almost all of my sanity and patience, especially since it was on my last life! The appearance is also very unprofessional and about as simple as you can get, to the point of ruining the level design. In Z-1, you can't tell where are you going because there's no scenery whatsoever, and in both levels, you have invisible traps that punish the player for very little reason! Z-2 is the only decent level of the three, but that's far from enough to save it. It definitely deserves the seal of rejection. I hope someone actually remasters the game and makes it better, as much as they are able to conserve the game!
