A pretty awesome feature added to citra bleeding edge to resize the top and bottom screens to your liking! It makes the game full screen SORT OF...I got a little confused at first on how to configure it (not for one screen but for making one smaller than the other and position it to a certain area) but I think I got the hang of it now.

I turned on auto-hide taskbar in the task bar properties and lowered the text size for the title bar.
