----- Download "Ddraw.zip". Extract and place in the game's directory. Change compatibility to "windows 7" and Colored mode to "16-bit"
Below in my description for the RegEdit.exe section. You can change "fullscreen" back to "TRUE"

Instructions(Windows 8.1):
1. Use Winrar or Winzip to extract the game.
2. You need daemon tools or powerISO if you want to mount the games(.iso file) virtually or burn them onto a disc.
3. Once the iso is mounted or the disc is read. Install in this order (If you want to.)
-Rogue spear
-Rogue spear: Urban Operations:
-Covert Ops Essentials
-Rogue spear: Black Thorn
4. Once everything is installed. BEFORE you play the game. You need to go to your game directory and look for the game's .exe (Blackthorn.exe, CovertOperations.exe, Roguespear.exe, UrbanOperations.exe)
-Right click on .exe and click "properties", go to the "compatibility" tab and enable "reduced color mode" and change it to 16-bit. Enable "run this program as administrator" if you want to.

5. Now open regedit.exe (type it in run or find it in windows search) and go to this directory: I show it at 18:10
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Red Storm Entertainment\Rogue Spear
- Next look for "FullScreen" and "SoftwareOnly", double click on it and change from "TRUE" to FALSE.
You should be able to FINALLY play the game.

*NOTE*
You are able to play the rogue spear and expansion missions using UrbanOperations.exe BUT may have to run BlackThorn separately. I tried running black thorn as a mod through urban operations but crashes instantly.
Sadly Fullscreen does not work but at least you are able to change the resolution in windowed mode!
