Here's the final cup I needed to get the Triple Star Ranking on (in Mirror Mode). Not as hard as Leaf Cup, but you really need to know how to drift in N64 Bowser's Castle to the point where you don't bump into the walls. Some tips on achieving the triple star rank in this game:

- Always try to stay in first
- Never fall off. If you do, restart. When I fell off, and was still in first and raced well, I only got a two star rank.
- Don't bump into walls
- Don't go offroad unless you have an item that raises your speed, or can go through with a speed boost.
- Always use items and try to hit the opponents with them.
