Here is a walkthrough of me going through Metroid: Other M for the Wii. I am getting a 100% completion which is only in terms of item pickups.

I head through Sector 1 and the Bioweapons Research Center to find the last expansions. Some really feel out of the way, but I guess that's expected when I did the expansion hunt before.
